Kumvana Mtukule
Kumvana Mtukule is Managing Counsel at Maxson Arnold & Associates Blantyre where she practices General law including Commercial Law, Family & Probate Law and Labour Law. Kumvana also has an extensive experience in litigating women’s rights and has worked as Legal Programs Manager at a women’s rights NGO where her work involved supporting Human rights related programs, Litigating women’s inheritance, Land rights, Family law, and child rights. Kumvana is also a Network Lawyer for the Initiative for Strategic Litigation in Africa (ISLA). She also sits as chairperson for the Gender, Child & Disability rights Practice Division of the Malawi Law Society, is a Board member in two organizations and She has Co-authored a number of publications. She studied Law at the University of Malawi and holds a BSc in International Studies from the Open University, London.

Golda Chilembwe Rapozo
Golda Chilembwe Rapozo holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from the University of Malawi, Chancellor College. She has 5 years post admission experience in both public and private practice. She is well versed in civil and criminal litigation and has a passion for women and children’s rights. She is a firm believer that the promotion and protection of women and children’s rights is essential in a developing and progressive society.
Currently, Golda is working as Principal Legal & Prosecutions Officer at the Anti-Corruption Bureau and is serving as Secretary to the Blantyre Chapter of Women Lawyers Association.

Bahati Msosa
Bahati Msosa holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from the University of Malawi. She has four years post admission experience in civil and criminal litigation. Bahati has a special interest in women and children’s economic rights.
Currently, she is working as a Senior Legal and Prosecutions Officer with the Anti-Corruption Bureau and is also serving as the Treasurer for the Blantyre chapter.

Ruth Kaima
I am a Human Rights Advocate, Researcher and Project Coordinator, currently working as the Litigation Officer for Centre for Human Rights, Education, Advice and Assistance (CHREAA)
I have four years’ experience as a practicing lawyer and 15 years plus of vast experience in human rights work, strategic litigation, project management, advocacy and research. I am a published researcher in prison work. I am currently a member of the Learning Agenda for Legal empowerment with Namati, The Legal Empowerment Lab (the Lab) at The Bernstein Institute for Human Rights at New York University and currently serving as the board president for Centre for Policy and Research on Digital Society (CPRDS).

Tamanda Kakhuta-Banda
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Cavendish University Zambia, and a Certificate in Pharmacy from the Malawi College of Health Sciences. She is currently enrolled with Malawi Institute of Legal Education(MILE) for the Malawi Legal Qualifying Course. She is a dedicated individual with a profound commitment to justice and human rights. Currently engaged in co-founding an NGO called Ulunji Services Malawi that will focus on advocating for child rights and women’s rights, the initiative aims at developing impactful campaigns and strategies to raise awareness, influence policy and drive positive change in human rights.
