The Women Lawyers Association (WLA) has partnered with Girls4Girls (G4G) to provide a structured mentorship program to junior lawyers of up to 5 years at the bar. Details about G4G can be accessed at this link:

The mentorship program will pair junior lawyers with various mentors who will assist them in navigating the challenges faced in the legal profession whilst helping them achieve their dreams.

Under the program, mentors will attend a 3 hours training which will be followed by weekly group sessions between mentors-mentees for 6 weeks. Each session will last not more than 3 hours. If there is a need, mentees will be paired with mentors after the sessions for one on one mentorship.
